Criminal Conviction & Driver's License Reinstatement Clinic

If you have been convicted of a criminal charge, have had a criminal charge dismissed, a driver's license suspended, or if you owe reinstatement fees to the Ohio BMV, then attend this event to receive services that will help.

This clinic is open to all, but space is limited! Pre-registration is encouraged. Register by sending an email to lawclinic@case.edu and include subject line: Euclid Expungement. You must provide your full name, current address, current phone number, and email address.

This clinic is hosted by Euclid Municipal Court, Cuyahoga County Public Defender, The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University's Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic, and Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
