Ashtabula Senior Center offers healthy lifestyle education program

Classes and programs are offered to improve the likelihood that families and individuals will make healthy food choices and choose active lifestyles.  Classes include nutrition education and obesity prevention to aid the selection of healthy food choices and the adoption of physical activity to improve the health and well-being of participants.

They are free and the size is limited to the first 10 seniors (55 and older) who register.

The first four class dates are set for

  • Friday, March 2, 2018
  • Friday, March 30, 2018
  • Friday, April 13, 2018
  • Friday, April 27, 2018

All classes are 10:30 to 11:30 AM.
