The Honorable Deborah J. Nicastro, Robert G. Walton, Esq. and The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland invite you to attend a complimentary CLE training:
Driver’s License Suspension & The Reinstatement Process &
Basics of the “OVI” Statute: ORC 4511.19
An overwhelming number of Ohio residents have driver’s licenses that are suspended or otherwise invalid due to failure to meet reinstatement requirements. Many are unaware of the reasons for suspensions. The training includes sessions reviewing the basics of Court imposed suspensions and BMV imposed suspensions of drivers’ licenses. The training will address the legal process and the steps needed to reinstate a license. Additionally, the training will address an overview of the “OVI” statute.
3.00 CLE credits pending – Please click here to see the agenda for the training.
NOTE: Registration for this CLE is NOW CLOSED. We are at capacity and will not accept walk-ins.
While there is no cost for the training, attendees will be asked to volunteer at a Pro Bono License Reinstatement Advice Clinic where attorneys will meet with individuals who need help determining the reason for a suspended license and the reinstatement requirements.
